Experience: Mandla started his career as a senior magistrate at Butterworth and Engcobo in the Eastern Cape. He then worked as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa before he was appointed Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions. He also served as a Senior Legal for Financial Services Board (FSB). He further held a Chief Directorship position at the Department of Trade and Industry. He is currently an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and holds a professional membership of the Johannesburg Bar.

Education: BCom, MBA
Experience: Campbell started his career as a personnel officer at Rexnord Manufacturing responsible for recruitment, training and salary administration. He then joined AngloGold regional office, responsible for Group Industrial Relations Training division. He was then recruited by Transido in the Eastern Cape as a Business Development Officer, responsible for identifying and developing small businesses and raising capital. Few years later, he assumed a CEO position at Eastern Cape Development Corporation where he re-aligned policies and strategies. Campbell was instrumental with the amalgamation of Ciskei Small Business Development Corporation and the then Cape Administration. He is currently an Executive Director at Adcorp, responsible for Human Resources, Training and Development, Enterprise Development, Corporate Social Investment and Risk Management.

Education: B.Proc, LLB, BA
Experience: Fhedzisani started his career at Small Business Development Corporation before setting up his practice. He was admitted as an attorney in 1996. Mr Pandelani is a seasoned attorney possessing multi-skills in diverse areas of law covering High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation and is a skilled mediator and arbitrator. Pandelani was pivotal in advising the then Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality (now known as COJ) in areas entailing Municipal Law & Advisory Services. He has played a leading role in assisting municipal trading entities across Gauteng and Limpopo in Revenue Collections and has been a lead revenue collector for City Power-Johannesburg on outstanding billable revenue from corporations. He has also lectured on various law modules through the Unisa Learning Centre. The Law Society of South Africa retains his services as an instructor to budding attorneys.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Experience: Sibusiso served his articles at KPMG and later joined Eskom’s Internal Audit and Treasury department. He then briefly joined FINCAP, a private equity company. He founded Lengau Logistics and three years later Lengau Group (Pty) Ltd, a company involved in a number of coal exploration and mining projects in Mpumalanga. Other directorships include Inkaba Group, Inkaba Zambia Limited. Professional memberships with SAICA, ABASA, IIA, Institute of Directors.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) - Chartered Accountant
Experience: Ofentse brings a wealth of financial management and auditing experience. He has worked at Investec Bank where he gained lots of experience in treasury and specialized finance. He later joined Stanlib Asset Management as an equity analyst and assistant portfolio manager. Ofentse also worked for Eskom treasury department. He joined Lengau Group (Pty) Ltd in 2009 as Finance Director.

Education: Civil Engineering
Experience: Walter joined Makhosi Construction as a Site Engineer working in various large scale civil engineering projects. He further joined Rendeals Four Consulting as a Manager where he oversaw civil projects. In 2004 he founded Motsoeding Construction and was heavily involved in construction and civil projects and partnered with other engineering firms. Walter spread his experience in other business sectors and was appointed Operations Director by Lengau Logistics. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Lengau Group.

Education: Bachelor of Science (Nuclear Physics, Applied Mathematics),
Experience: Aubrey brings a wealth of experience in Information Technology and Business Management. He started at Spoornet as an IT analyst. He was later recruited by a consulting company to work in USA. Within a year Aubrey had already established a consulting company and provided solutions to clients in different industry sectors. He was, from time to time called to play an advisory role for some of the top IT consultancy firms to bid for lucrative transactions. His interest in mining started eight years ago. He now heads Business Development Division at Lengau Group. He also holds Non–Executive Directorship at Baroka Tribal Mining (Pty) Ltd.

Education: Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (BCompt)
Experience: Petrus started his career as an Article Clerk at Fisher Hoffman Sithole focusing on operational, planning audits and audit risks programs. He later joined Total and worked as an Accountant. He became Group Investigating Accountant for Altron providing recommendations, due diligence auditng and risk management. He later worked for Transnet as an Assistance Manager of Investigations. Petrus also worked for Eskom as an Internal Control Assurance Manager. He holds professional memberships at General Internal Auditor (GIA) and Institute of Internal Auditors of Southern Africa (IIASA). He is currently head of Corporate Governance at Lengau Group.

Education: Bachelor of Accounting Sciences (Bcompt) & Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (CTA)
Experience: Thandisizwe started his career at Gun Shop, Hotel and Bottle as an Accounting Officer focusing on internal controls, statutory requirements and providing advisory. He then joined KPMG as an Article Clerk, responsible for preparing financial statements and management accounts, provided consulting and auditing services. Thandisizwe later joined Nkonki Sizwe Ntsaluba as an Audit Manager responsible for audit scheduling and scoping, tax management and budget management. He worked Eskom Holdings as an Audit Manager responsible for drafting Service Level Agreements, annual financial statements policy reviews for compliance purposes and identifying and resolving internal control gaps. He went on and joined KSD Municipality where he advised the Chief Financial Officer to enhance existing audit procedures for the organization. He became Finance Manager at Lengau Logistics focusing on implementation of financial strategies and budget management, due diligence and Payroll Management. He is currently the Company Secretary at Lengau Group.
